Nightlife Required
This nice little community lot has plenty for your sims to enjoy.
Pool with relaxing island area, nice pond with bridge, bbq, coffee, tended drinks bar, shop, (clothes, groceries, phones and perfume) Hot tub, and bathroom facilities - including showers.
No custom content is included, but the lot does have some Nightlife objects, so you will require that expansion pack for it to function properly.
Clean and hack free
To install - unzip to your EA dowloads folder.
