I found a new area of this site woohoo!! the request section and since i love to be creative and help people become happier i decided i would take the challange of trying to fill some peoples requests in "lots" to be created...
my first challange was one i took up requested by Shellybee here
Details of the house:
it comes fully furnished with all maxis creations, no custom content was created or used in the furnishings or creation of this house.
it has been clean installed and all hacks and other non-necessities removed from the package file!
as requested this house contains:
3 bedrooms (i placed them all on the second floor)
1.5 bathrooms (she requested 1)
a combined kitchen/dining area
a nice cozy living area
