Idea for House:

This is the third in my series of "Ultima Online" Housing projects.. the floorplan for this house was matched as near to exactly to the one within this game and textures as close to matching as possible.. without using custom content.

Info on the house:

This was built on a 3x3 plot, footprint measures 14x14 with 2 stories plus roof and includes 3 rooms. There is no custom content, was clean installed to check for hacks and costs just over 20K in TS2 (compared to the 165K in uo ;-) )

This residential building also comes completely unfurnished.
