I am rather enjoying the challanges from the requests that people place in the request forum that i had decided i really needed to try my hand at more.. so here i have tried to the best of my ability to fill in the request placed forth by jenboo28.. the original request can be found here

This is a remarkable Elegant European style house with 3 bedrooms on the second floor with a very extravagant Master bathroom attached to the Master bedroom and a shared full bathroom on the second floor with a half bathroom on the first floor.

This lovely luxury style residential building comes fully furnished with maxis items as well as MANY Lethe custom creations (i sooo love his/her stuff!!) .. all of Lethes stuff can be found here
(i used furniture from here, wallpapers, and floorings)

also used this wonderful bedroom set from taboo which can be found here


i am unsure if this lot requires all EPs or not as i have them all installed, if something does not work properly please let me know and i will be more then happy to upload or send via some other method a completely unfurnished version which "will" work in all EPs
