sweet and precious

introducing my first non-UO, basement house.. it is small but it is sweet ..
i have never before been able to build houses with basements and this was my first attempt at doing so and believe that it is my best piece of work to date.

i would like to thank tkdjunkie for the wonderful tutorial which walked me step by step through the process.. if you have not checked it out i highly recommend it!! it can be found here

now for the housing details.

it is a 2 bedroom (1 up and 1 down) house with 2 bathrooms. the basement is decorated as a live in in-law type sweet and is also very appealing to the teenagers who need to learn to have their feet under them before heading off to university. the upstairs is the main living area and is complete with kitchen, bedroom, living area and what i find to be quite a nice little entrance room.

it comes furnished with maxis items, no recolours or custom content has been added at all and the whole package has been "clean installed" for hacks and is clean.

if anyone has any comments PLEASE post them as i love to hear what people think of my work and sadly i don't get enough comments .. so now i shall beg hehe
