Yet another UO House (two story villa)

I have returned with yet another house from what i have come to call the "UO collection" .. these houses are all from the game ultima online and this one is one of the houses i have adored from within that realm and also one that tavern keepers within it typically use.. i am really happy with how this turned out in the Sims2 as well.

There is no custom content used in the making of this house that i am aware of and it comes completely unfurnished (the pictures are just to show you what i did with my working copy for examples).. contains 2 floors with 3 "rooms" and a nice patio over looking the front entrance way. The lot has also been clean installed to remove all unnecessary things that are packaged up when you package any lots and have them in your game

I hope you enjoy this house and amazingly it "should" work with ALL EPs or without any EPs
