Bon Voyage tested and approved! This neighborhood offers loads of the beach front neighborhood spots, yes I know it's actually a river but yanno there are river front properties as well! lol

So I got my Seasons today and loaded the hood into my game and it works so no worries on that part. Load it and play!!
One other thing, the neighborhood in the pictures does not come that way it's as bare as a baby's bum not a tree, or anything because I know when I DL neighborhoods I hate deleting all the trees. All the items in the photos are maxis made so they are all in your game as well! Have fun guys and enjoy the brilliant Seasons! ~Ashley~
Hello Simmers and Welcome to yet another installment of my neighborhood genius! (okay maybe not genius but it looks purdy! teehee!!!)
This is my newest edition called Rivervalley, if you have DLed any of my other neighborhoods you know I love water so of course this one involves just that! Hence to the name Rivervalley! Wooot.
Alright let's get down to business
This neighborhood requires (ALL) EPs.
I am not 100% sure if you can play it w/o the EPs because I have all EPs and SPs so to be on the Safe side I'm going to say it does. Let me know if you do DL it and don't have them I'll be sure to let everyone know!
I've done something different this time around with the neighborhood pictures.
I have my usual 5 photos that are resized to the 300x225pixels but I also left my original sized pictures as well (600x450 pixels) incase the 300x225 ones don't work you could resize them to make them bigger. I did this because I've heard some people might use 400x325 but I'm not even sure if that's right. Either way they are there so you can have a nice quality picture if needed. Because I know it's not pleasant having to make a smaller picture bigger!
I have a readme that tells you EVERYTHING you need to know about what is included in the file, how to install it ect... check it out before installing it that's why I put it there for you guys!
As with all of my neighborhoods you should probably have the camera hacks that can be found here. This neighborhood you might not have to use them, I've got a lot of streets and the like near the middle so you can try and see. Again tell me so I can add it to this. Some simmers are scared of anything involving the word "hack".
I use snappledude21's camera hack and IMO it's the best one out there, it's only for the neighborhood so nothing else is bothered.

This is just a small portion of the neighborhood I was going to decorate the whole neighborhood but my finger got tired and my eyes crossed after doing the waves and trees *lol* So you have a LOT of room if you don't like having to go Downtown or to the Shopping district, which I don't, you can have it all right here!
Alright I think that is everything if not I'll be sure to Edit As soon as I can, I'm hoping the picture links work but if not I'll update them as soon as I get approved!
