Here is a house I was inspired to do from a picture of a modern house in Scotland. I had to improvise the floorplan because it was not provided and some of the architectural details to get the "look". It has been tested, cleaned with clean installer, and is hack-free.

2 bedrooms, 2 baths, garage, hot tub deck, and pool

Features a open split level floorplan with the main living areas on the lower level and the kitchen and bedrooms on the upper level. Of course, these space designations are merely a suggestion.

This house would be great for a bachelor, particularly a romance sim since the hot tub deck is easily accessible from the master bedroom (hehe), or a popularity sim since there is plenty of room to entertain.
