Here a little think to all pregnancy sim.... You can find other pregnancy clothes on http://www.sims2cri.com.

Important notice!! You can see this outfits for pregnancy sim only if you install a Pregnancy Clothes Patch. You find the patch here: http://www.modthesims2.com/showthread.php?t=8259, download it and put the file on C:/Documents/EA GAMES/The Sims 2/Downloads folder. These outfits appear under PJ category.

Feel free to upload with your sim package but give credit to me (Sims2Cri, http://www.sims2cri.com ) and not upload my stuff on the Exchange.
If you want recolor my skin ask me first.

Here I can not upload it, but the version on my site have the file mesh in the rar file as according with Crechebaby.
