I have seriously have been searching for ages all over the Sims 2 modding communities for uniforms from the original Star Trek. I couldn't find any. So, I did what I normally do in those situations, I tried to make my own.

I made many attempts, with many different clothes as a base, and these were the ones that turned out the best. There are three in this pack:
-Command
-Science
-Engineer
