I created this villa in the sims 1. but you can do so much more with the tools in the sims 2, so i created this one, hope you like it 
Price: under 110K
rooms -
ground: 7
first floor: 6
(also a basement and garage)
decorated: yes
custom content: no
large lot (5X5, i think)
i left the garden's untouched as i cannot design a garden that everyone would like, so i leave this up to you
Additional: dont use this house if your computer struggles with more then 2 sims, as this is a very big house and requires a lot of computer power to run.
everyone should know how to install sims2pack files, if you dont, just double click on it after it downloads and the setup program will do the rest.
