Dont come here unless you're looking for a bottle of cheap beer, a bit of dancing to the best music the south has to offer, getting hit on by some drunk, or a black eye and a uncomfortable sleep on the back steps. This here is a proper dive bar.



Built in the 60s by the late Frank Herbert, LakeView Bar is the perfect addition to any town and the perfect after-work stop for any sim. Theres nothing within these walls but the best of times and the greatest of stories and future regrets. If you're wanting some cocktail, then you're in the wrong part of town.


(Why is that man talking about unicorns?)

The barkeep will keep the drink flowing (and keep adding the bottles to your tab) until the early hours of the morning (closing time varies depending on how many wives come looking for their men). So why not stop in and have yourself a bit of peace before heading home to the misses?

Lot has been playtested and seems bug-free. The bartender has showed up without fail EXEPT for when I was taking these pictures. In fact, she was in front of the bar hitting on some woman, go figure. I used a few items from Fast Lane Stuff, but I doubt its required to play. I made sure to keep the lot nice and small so it can be easily added to your neighborhood, one thing EA failed to do.

Anyway, enjoy! I've got a few more things in the works, so watch for my name.
