okay, take two, forgot i put a custom driveway in the first one:


This is yet another welcoming stone house of my creation. This one I entitle The Estan House, after a sim family that is no long among us. What makes this house so special is that almost every square inch of exterior wall is glass. I have also decided to upload a furnished and unfurnisehd version of this house, I don't know why. This house may seem a bit small, becase usable space-wise, it is. Luckily, a 3'rd floor on the main section is all too easy to accomplish without hacking up the house.

This house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, kitchen with attached dining room, sitting area/enty hall, tv room, study, breezeway, and a one car garage. I used a bit of custom content:

I just wanted a nice stone driveway, so with that I was able to acomplish it. Anyway, this is one of my older houses, simply rebuilt onto a new lot to acomodate a propor driveway and area for a pool. Oh, unfurnished version costs about 60,000, and furunished around 140,000. Hrm, I think thats it... yah, thanks.

Erm, yah, one more thing. I won't be uploading the furnished version for now. I keep on getting errors like an invalid link or something. If someone can help me with this, I'll upload the furnished version. Thanks again.
