I live in New England, birthpalce of the country and home to some beautifull houses. Today I was looking for a house to build, and I found one. This wonderfully practical ranch sits on a 3x3 lot. Following the new england-ranch style, this house has only one floor, and a small porch in front. The roof is built at a low pitch to keep it low profile and welcoming. In this house I did something not seen on many houses here... I build an attached garage, and a usable basement. I hid the warping quite well, so its barely noticable. I used all white trim, something common in most houses around this area.

For just under 60,000 you get a fully furnished house (sorry, no car) complete with kitchen, dining area, garage, livingroom, two bedrooms, one full bath, a spare room (2x2 room, could be used as a half bath or closet), and with most houses in this area, a nice large deck out back, complete with hot tub and adarondac chairs. The basement is large and unfunished, I'll let you finish it as you see fit. There are no hacks on this lot, however I used a bit of custom content, listed below.
