Here’s my second big house!
Cost: $143,662
Lot size: 40 x 40
Furnished: Yes, because I felt like it. However decorating isn’t my strong suit so I won’t be offended if you change everything. I mostly used Maxis objects.
(I suggest putting it on a corner lot because the “front” of the house is actually the side, as the driveway enters from the side, which is where the mailbox is. That makes no sense. I still haven’t figured out how to rotate the driveways correctly!!)
Bedrooms: 4 (Master bedroom on ground floor, 3 on second floor furnished for a baby, a young girl, and a young boy)
Baths: 3.5
Garage: 2 stalls
Also has a laundry room that I’m sure you’ll never use.
Based on this house. I fudged a bit on the second floor (moved a bathroom), and of course the roofline doesn’t look exactly the same, but I finagled the front entryway to look kinda similar.
