..is a split level home for the modestly wealthy single or couple (around $200k ff), who like a modern feel and neutral tones. Featuring a large airy foyer opening onto a tiled all purpose area with stairs down to a fully equpped kitchen and dining area, a bar and games area and full bathroom all on the lower level. The stairs up lead to a large open living area, double bedroom and ensuite bathroom.

The yard is decorated in a minimalist style featuring a small pool with spa and an outdoor bbq area built to match the general theme.

Sorry no swings or cribs I am just excited to be able to actually decorate a house in something other than Maxis.
