I created this starter home by request for one of my friends. There are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living area, outdoor patio area and an indoor swimming pool. All this can be yours on a 3x1 for $19,459. All rooms are furnished with the exception of 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. NO custom content was used in making this home. You will need the Pets EP to play this house, no other expansion packs are required.
