Aussie Federation (Renovated)

Aussie Federation home is another of my Australian inspired homes. This one
is similar to the Federation homes, built around the turn of last centuary.
A lot of the Federaation homes have boxy room after boxy room, but this one
has a more open feel, as it has been renovated, just like the ones here in
real life.

NOTE: Family Fun Stuf was used to create parts of this lot!

This home has been renovated in a more modernish style. A beautifull veranda
welcomes sims as they approach the front door. Inside is a stylish lounge
room with an open fire. Off to the side of this is the lovely dining and
kitchen, revamped with wooden flooring and woodpanel walls.
Two childrens rooms are located to the rear of the loungeroom, adequetly
accomidating 2 children in each bedroom. The upstairs landing looks over the
loungeroom adding to the open-plan feel. The master bedroom retreat is
georgously decorated in a non Federation feel, in a light blue theme. Off the
master suite is the ensuite and spa. These are decorated in a stylish black
marble floor tile and wall covering. Outside, to the rear of the driveway is
a modern outdoor entertaining area, with L shaped pool, and a set of swings.
Fully furnished and decorated inside, while outside is landscaped
beautifully, with meandering paths through the garden and bench seats for
sims to view the garden from. family car included. This home will accomidate
up to six sims comfortably.
