This lovely home has 16 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, and will hold as many Sims as you will ever need to put on one lot! Requested by Squishy128 for her 22-member Sim family.

This country home is on a 4x4 lot, and features a two-car carport (instead of a garage) that runs beneath the second floor, a large swimming pool, a large kitchen/dining room with room to add more tables if needed, a living room, a large bathroom, and a study/possible extra bedroom on the first floor. On the second and third floors, there are 8 bedrooms each, decorated in mainly OFB color schemes. The fourth floor is an enormous attic room, with a pool table, a study/reading area, and a pinball machine. Much of the house is furnished relatively cheaply, so that the new owner can redesign at will. The lot will cost your family just over $145,000.

This lot does require all expansions to play. I did not use any Family Fun stuff in this lot, so if you do not have it, you will not need it. There are no hacks in this lot, nor is there any custom content. I made it into a 16-room dorm, as well, which may be found here: Munchie's Dorm
