Summary
Inspired by a drawing I found on the internet. When I saw the original image I said to myself, I must have this house in my game!
Well, now you can have it in your game too! It has 2 floors, 4 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms. For this lot to work properly, you must have the University, Nightlife, Open For Business, and Pets expansion packs installed. Prior to uploading this lot to the internet, I had some Sims (2 adults, 1 child, 1 dog, 1 cat) live in the house for three days. As far as I can tell, your Sims can move right into it without any tweaking. The zip file includes 14 images of the lot.

-FRONT YARD: Carport for 2 cars. 1 tree. Some flowers and bushes.
-BACK YARD: 5 trees. More bushes. Kitty condo, chewy bone, and house for pets.
-1ST FLOOR: Very large living room, small hallway w/ stairs to 2nd floor, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, and a spare room (you may want to use it for storing career/aspiration rewards).
-2ND FLOOR: Recreation room (has space for extra stuff you may want to add), 1 master bedroom, 3 bedrooms for children/teens, and a bathroom.
