King and Queen towers from Atlanta

This Huge skycraper was requested by Oldsage.

He asked this as his first request ever and was maybe surprised to see somebody taking that request.
I started with great courage, even without waiting for a reply from Oldsage, I liked that building and wanted to make it so here it is, I proudly present the 12 story high King Tower of Atlanta. the Queen Tower is a Twin just place it on the lot next to it.

It is build on a 4x4 lot and it uses about 50% of that space.
It is a community lot. I forgot the price but I guess it was around 200,000 ยง
The building inside is empty, there are floors however but no stairs or elevator.
I crashed a few times during the building of the upper floor, but I also used an outdated computer I do that all the time when I build houses that way I’m sure it will work with min systems .
I suggest not to build to much inside the building and certainly not on top of the building, only basic things like toilet stairs and maybe a few things for the sims to recreate, and you be fine.

There is no custom content used in the building of this lot.
You will need all expansions for it to show up in the game.
Since this is a requested lot i don’t want to copyright it, but I will not allow it to be used on the exchange or on pay-sites.
