Is your university rapidly growing but cramped for space? No? Well, maybe you'll like this anyway. Carmen Tower Dorms gracefully combines several architectural features found in the largest dormitories of Ohio State University on a miniscule lot 3 tiles wide and 2 deep.

Entering from the street, you can immediately go either down half a flight of stairs to the cafeteria, or up half a flight of stairs to the lobby. In the lobby you'll find a study lounge, recreation room, and light exercise facility. Above that, one men's and one women's restroom serve 16 rooms on 3 floors. Each room is furnished with a bed, locker, computer desk and chair, and has broadband internet access. Students have free long distance from any phone in the dorm. The main stairwell also provides access to the roof.

Note: University Expansion Pack is required. This lot does not contain any Nightlife objects, but was packaged with Nightlife installed, so I don't know if the Nightlife Expansion Pack is required or not. But it will definitely work if you have both Expansion Packs installed.
