This is actually fulfilling a request, even though this has already been done by two other MTS2 members. So, I thought that I would share this lot with you.
It's perfect for any stories you are creating, or for those families with multiple generations.
This is basically three houses on the same lot. Each house is separate, so you can have three different 'families' living on the lot at the same time without having to worry about asking people over to visit.

Each house features:
~ 3 bedrooms
~ 2 bathrooms
~ Living Room
~ Kitchen
~ Dining Room
~ Single-car Garage

The largest house, the one on far right as you are looking at the houses from the road, also contains a den or study room. It is small, but large enough to put at least 2 desks in.

All the houses have been created in a 'Suburban style', meaning that each house is a similar style using the same siding, although the interior of each is different. The unified backyard includes a pool and a herb garden.
They are basically unfurnished, with only basic furnishings in the bathrooms and the kitchens.
