I wanted to design a house that appeared very "cool" on the outside yet very "warm" on the inside. It has 4 bedrooms (2x teen, 1x adult, 1x baby) and 4 and a half baths. The lot is 2x4 and the lot price is 162,902.

The lot is fully furnished with all Maxis content except for the following:
