Requires NL and Seasons.
Custom content: the CC windows (used on the top floor, in the small dormers) aren't strictly necessary, but they do look prettier – if you don't want CC, you can simply replace them with the standard Maxis craftman windows.
Another "pseudo corner lot" (it looks like a corner house, but sits on a regular lot – you can make it into a true corner lot with the LotAdjuster if you prefer that): an old city villa with three apartment units that could probably be converted into a single family house quite easily, since it's relatively small. The house has a basement, no lift, a covered entrance with a balcony above, and parking for three cars in front. There's one apartment on each floor:
Apartment 01 (ground floor):
1 x double bedroom
1 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining
1 x living room
The bathroom could be split into two (3x1 showerbath accessible fom the double bedroom, and 3x2 full bath accessible from the kitchen).
Apartment 02 (middle floor):
1 x double bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen
1 x dining/living room
Apartment 03 (top floor):
1 x single bedroom
1 x bathroom
1 x kitchen/dining/living room
Playtested. On the screenshots there are no lights in the hallways, but I added them afterwards.
This lot is shrunk with Mootilda's LotAdjuster (v1.1) – you can easily expand the lot with that if your sims want more outdoor space.
Enjoy!
Lot Size: 2x2
Lot Price: 116.775§
Custom Content Included:
- Craftsman Kitchen Window Closed by tbudgett
Additional Credits:
The roof recolour shown in the screenshots is by Neveah223; it is not included with the lot but I'm attaching it as a separate zip since it's not available elsewhere.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.
