Was searching around for inspiration and found this house.

Changed the colors a bit and the layout only slightly but I'm happy with the results. Hope you are too.

The house is not furnished, but does contain counters, fixtures, lights, alarm and phone service. 2 bedroom, 2 bath, office, living, dining, kitchen, patio. Outside on the patio is some furniture for the real estate agent to fill out paperwork on with prospective buyers.

Contains only Maxis content.
