I had been having inspirational difficulties lately so I decided to check out the requests forum and give this house a try. Seemed relatively complicated with the floorplan and roofing, but what the hey right?

The lot is 3x4 and the house costs 147,531.

It is decorated (sparsely) with all Maxis content except the following (not included):
