Mish-Mashed Resplendence

The house borrows heavily from the Queen Anne, Eastlake, and Italiante styles. The pictures do not credibly depict the amount of detail that exists on the house. ;P I took inspiration for the exterior walls from the Hale House in Heritage Square, Los Angeles. [As an aside -- all custom content by me in this lot consists only of walls, nothing else.] It will definitely be a stand-alone in any neighborhood, and offers your prospective Sim buyers three bedrooms, two baths, open parlor and living rooms, and swimming pool. Garage + driveway can accommodate up to three vehicles. (^__^)

Don't be afraid of these colors, people! They are more muted in game, and besides -- one can always re-wallpaper the exterior to match their tastes. This was just a test to see how the Hale House walls looked. But they are historically accurate! ...Mostly. =P
