Monterrey Villa

I've always adored Spanish Colonial/Mission Revival/Monterrey styled homes, but for some reason I can never get it quite right. I used a house I used to spend a great deal of time in as a template for this one, though I'm not sure how well it really captures it, stylistically. This type of home is quite common in California, particularly along the coast. (This one happens to be located in the Santa Barbara area.) Anyway, it is quite spacious inside, and has a relatively open floorplan on the first floor (and plenty of room for a basement.) It includes four bedrooms, three baths, four balconies, pool, and large front yard and courtyard (ideal for entertaining!)

Be sure to download roddyaleixo's invisible driveway as it did not appear in the main package file. While not required, I prefer the look of a stone driveway to a cement one. ;]
