Okay, its not precisely a luxury home, but it does have a few extras, while remaining at 19,855. It has a garage, a sunroom, and three bedrooms/two bathrooms. It is not furnished. It contains very few custom objects - a garage door recoloured by me, the natural glass floor by RGiles, and several of the WallWindow set items by Numenor.

Oh, and its on a 2x2 lot.
