This house was made for Abiloo. It's a 3 bedroom starter home using all Maxis parts except for the exterior wall recolors which I did.

The exterior walls are recolors of the Maxis brown stone, 'Blunt Opinion; and the Maxis, brown shingle 'Shingle Bell' exterior walls.

It calls for a sunken basement but on this attempt, everything is above ground. It uses parts from Nightlife and OFB. so you'll need those Ep's.
