I was originally inspired to make these attached row houses by brown brick found on SimBonkers Developments. However, since that site has gone inactive and it is no longer possible to link to the custom content, I have instead made these houses in Maxis brick. There is no custom content in this lot.

Lot is 2x4 and costs $63,565.

Each of the two houses is two stories plus basement, with two large bedrooms and three full baths. There are nice front and back fenced garden areas with gates. Bathroom and Kitchen fixtures are included, no furnishings or lighting. The houses are easily expanded to three stories or connected with the addtion of doors on their one shared wall. Use the Smart Doors found here on MTS2 to use them for two different families.
