Best of the Best Award with Improved Range

This hack increases the radius of coverage with the Best of the Best Award, which means that more customers will be attracted to the items in the lot.
There are two versions to this hack, they will not conflict:
JK_BestAward_Replace.zip - This one replaces the original Best of the Best Award and makes the range farther, but you still have to earn this one
JK_BestAward_Buyable.zip - This is a buyable version of the award, with improved range. It can be found under "Decorative/All" and is available in community lots.
I'd like to thank cokenasmile for helping find the variable that increases the range, without her this project would be nothing.
