"Sweet 16" Teen Formal *NEW MESH*

I originally made this mesh so that I could make my adult prairie dresses for teens (they will be up soon), and then realized that I could make strapless ballgowns for really elegant affairs like formal weddings, state dinners, proms, cotillions or those elaborate sweet 16 parties.

The mesh was made with Milkshape using Wes H's plugins and Demon's tools. It was built with SimPE and, bump maps were enabled with Skankyboy's smd exporter. It has 2006 faces and 1314 vertices and should work with all versions of the game.

The file includes the mesh and a the recolor which is a strapless turquoise satin gown with a beaded bodice. The dress was made with the Gimp. I used a photo to get the folds on the skirt using a modification of the methods in Hysterical Paroxsym's tutorial "Beyond Photoskinning" and another to get the necklace design. The rest was done with tiling patterns (the beading), gradients (the shininess) and the magic of photoediting.
