Tutorial House Part Two - Joe and Jane's place

This is a re-build of the second tutorial house from the game. It is an exact copy of Joe and Jane's house from the tutorial on social interactions. I have built it after a request from diamondglitter. This house has one bedroom, two bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining area and a living room. Outside there is a substantial deck area and the garden has room and potential for more landscaping. I have decorated exactly as the maxis game one and it is built on a 3X2 plot as it is in the game. This house will set you back 42,297 Simoleans.

Although it only contains sims items I do have all expansion packs installed, including Family Fun Stuff. If you do not have FFS stuff you will need to open it with Clean Installer due to maxis incompatability issues.
