This was a request by asladic for a copy of the Tutorial House which comes with the game. This is an exact copy of Tutorial Joe's house in every way so I don't think you will be able to tell the difference.

It is a 1 bed, 1 bath house and it contains no custom content. I have decorated exactly as it was in the maxis game and it is built on a 3X2 plot as it is in the game tutorial.

Although it only contains sims items I do have all expansion packs installed, including Family Fun Stuff. If you do not have FFS stuff you will need to open it with Clean Installer due to maxis incompatability issues.
