The Hill ~ A Sims Multi Mall

Here is a 5x5 Community lot that has a lot going for it and there is a lot of room to add your own touches.

"The Hill" is a large modern building with 4 floors. The fourth floor is vacant for your customization.

The ground floor contains a restaurant, a bubble room, a gym area, a clothing store, a grocery store, a nursery, a computer room, a coffee/chess shop, and a large open area for your Sims to hang out near the splendid indoor fountain. There are bathrooms galore.

The second floor has a nightclub, a bowling alley, a tv room, a video games area, a poker room, an art area, a yoga area, and an open area to view the fountain.

The third floor has an upper-scale restaurant with some tables in an open air setting on the deck, and two hotel rooms, each with its own bath. Vast deck space is available for your claustrophobic Sims.

Outside on the first level is a dining area, barbeque, and swings.
Down the stairs from the main rear deck is an open air wedding chapel and reception area, bathroom and pool.

There is also a "Honeymoon Cottage" which has a bedroom, fireplace and bathroom on the first floor, and a piano, couch, bookcase and hot tub on the second floor. This presents itself well if placed so the hot tub windows overlook a valley or the sea. In fact, this view is what caused me to name this lot "The Hill".

This lot has the "Cloud Watching Blue Paint" made by me. If you don't want that, install the lot only with Clean Installer.
I disabled all other custom content before I packaged the file, and it has been cleaned with the Clean Installer. I have UNI, NL, and OFB installed in my game, so I will say conditionally here that you may need the EPs mentioned.

This lot is free of hacks, decorated and furnished... Ready to play!
