This is the improved version of my Isla de las Poolas lot.
It is a little bigger in proportion to the first version, and therefore it might play a little slower... depends on your computer, I guess.

I don't have any trouble unless my Sims invite the whole neighborhood over.

This version has THREE cabins, a Main Building and a Streetside Shop.

The new cabin is rather small but good for a single Sim or a couple.
The "Family Cabin" is much bigger than the first version. It has two bedrooms on one floor and one large bedroom on the second floor.
The "Couples Cabin" is a little larger than the first version.

All cabins are fully equipped with outdoor kitchens and have private baths.
There are also outdoor showers.

The Main Building has a kitchen, fireplace, and a large dining hall that opens to a sideporch with espresso bar. There is a computer on the first level. Upstairs it sports a private tv room/library, pool table and instruments to play.

The shop has groceries, clothing, and magazines.
