Hack free, played, tested with CleanInstaller.
Made for Uni & NL - I have ODB & FFS in my PC so it is better to use CleanInstaller to install it.

This lot was requested by Chronamew.
Its was funny to do...after several attempts, I played it some hours it is nice to play.
If you want to now about it title, I just looked at my cheats sheet to find it .

§ The house from the neighbourhood, I show it because some nice lots may have an ugly look from outside
§ As the rest of the lot the garden is landcaped to have a "modern-art" look, If you like this style you will not fail to appreciate an unique statue by myself .
§ Rear you have the swiming pool and the spa.
§ Right hand you have a garage, I use it as game an music room but it is at driveway size.
§ Inside there is a huge main room divided by half walls for kitchen, living and dining rooms.(kitchen view in screenshots area)
§ On the other side you have the main bedroom, dressing, and bathroom(screenshot area).
§ As I do for my own use, addictive objects like tv and computer are behind a door in the study room, it is useful for visitors.
§ Second floor there is a loft, 2 bedrooms with bathroom an a terrasse.
