Once again, with love from your local bored Narutard...

This is my Byakugan set. It includes the Forehead Seal, the Veins, and the Eyes.
The eyes are genetic.
The seal is Costume Makeup.
The veins are Eyeshadow and do not include the eyeliner shown--that's Maxis.
Neji isn't included in this upload, sorry.

IMPORTANT NOTE:
The eyes have been tampered in SimPE!
These eyes are genetic, but will ONLY show up in children of Sims that both have Byakugan eyes! That's right--they are RECESSIVE custom content genetics! (Wow! Never happened before!) So get shakin' and test it out!
I set the eyes this way because I felt that it would better emulate the exclusivity of the Byakugan genes. It's easy to change in SimPE, it's one little tweak. If you want it set as normal CC dominant genes...figure out how to do it (I would prefer this option) or request it (I may or may not post the dominant version because I feel that this one is more "true").
