**Edit 4/15/08 **Added a version with beaches, called Lake Crossing Beach. The pink highlighted part are the beaches. A few of the roads are changed to help accommodate the changes. I used the tutorial at MATY to change the terrain in my existing neighborhood to this one. Do not attempt without backing up your neighborhood folder!

Lake Crossing is a lovely community located within the headwaters of the Crossing River.

The city bigwigs like to say, "Every view is a water view in Lake Crossing!"

Unrar the file into your \My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\SC4Terrains folder. Start up the game and click on Create Custom Neighborhood.
