The Lawns

Hello again Simmers,

Some of you may recognize the house below from my feedback thread. I would like to thank Patul for his help with rectifying the 'strange' roofing issue and I would also like to thank all of the other people who gave their input and helped 'The Lawns' to be just that bit more appealing.

Before we get on to the actual purpose of this post I would like to add that:

There have been many questions asked in the forums regarding houses which state they have been built with some or all ep's and whether or not they will run in your game if you do not have some or all of the ep's stated.

If you fall into this category and you download this house then please note that neither I, nor MTS2 accept any responsibility for dammage incurred by your computer or the Sims2 and it's expansion packs as a result of using this download.

If in doubt DO NOT DOWNLOAD! or use the clean installer.

Now, without further ado, the reason you came here in the first place.

The Lawns

Description:

The Lawns is a beautiful house situated in large, landscaped grounds. It has gardens to three side and a single garage with gravel driveway and planted border.

Entry is gained via a porched area which reveals the large living/dining area. To the right off the entry way is a double staircase which leads to the first floor. The kitchen area is segregated by a half wall and there is also internal access to the garage.

The first floor boasts a large landing area which gives access to two bedrooms (one master and one smaller), both have en-suite facilities and there is also a spare room which could be used as a study, guest bedroom or family bathroom.

The exterior of the property boasts lush lawns and beautiful planting. The rear garden houses a gazebo or summer house and the lawn is edged by trees and shrubs. To the left of the house you will find a stream which can be crossed using the ornate bridge. Crossing this gives access to a secluded spot which would be a perfect place to spend those summer evenings.
