Well my fourth house here at Mod the Sims, and I'm running out of good names already...

In this one, I was trying to go for some sunny mediterranean look. This house is a very close replica of the one I had in the first game and, although I admit it's nothing outstanding or special regarding the architecture, I was so "emocionally connected" to it, that I had to rebuild it in Sims2 as well.

I think I'm developing kind of specialization in building a small lots. This one is again 3x2 lot and unfurnished. The reason I'm not furnishing my houses is that I use a lot of downloaded objects, that does not allow re-distribution and also, because of my lazy connection, I want to keep the filesize down.

For foundations of this house I used a brick wall created by guRlgonebonkeRS at www.simbonkersdevelopments.com . I'd like to thank them very much for their permission to incude it in my file.
