After the good reception to Minigreen, I decided to try a variation on it in blue. I wanted to also add a stair landing that had 3 directions to enter as an interesting feature. This house is the result.

The lot is 2x2. Lot price is 99491. It is decorated sparsely to indicate my vision of usage of space in the house, feel free to move in and redecorate to your heart's content. All the content is Maxis content.
