This is a very upscale hill cabin for a well to do couple. Decided to go a little large for me on lot size at 3x3 so I could fit in a lot of landscaping, stair path and the house on its own hill. The price is 128,779. Given the choice of flowers I used to decorate the house, I couldn't think of a name that suited it better

It is furnished (sparsely) with all Maxis content except the following (not included):
