The Morton Project
The Morton Project is a neighbourhood I am designing and creating. I am uploading it in chunks, this is the second ‘pack’, it is part of the higher-end to the neighbourhood, and this particular street is called Sand Dune Place.
The Morton project will once finished include the following:
A custom terrain
A full residential lot district
A full community lot district
No Sims – you can do that yourself and mould it to be your own-I may upload a family or two to get it started though.
This is Part B too access part A click here (starter homes x10)
My comments on the lots are in bold underneath the blurbs (they are to help you)

This home is designed for a prosperous family. It benefits from a modern open plan design, and a spacious feel. The home is also very light and the decor has been chosen to reflect this. For the more outgoing family there is a pleasant barbeque area for parties, as well as a large pool.
This lot has my favorite back, sounds odd but it is really beautiful to look at. Internally this is also the most spacious yet the most pricey it is very playable - meaning it works well. It is definatly a final home rather than a mid-way choice
Lot 2: Sand Dune Place 52
Lot size: 5x4
Lot Price: 111,009
Furnishings: Semi
Custom Content: None
*built on a downtown lot*
Rooms:
Ground floor:
-kitchen/dinner
-garage
-study area
-main bedroom
-main bathroom
-entertainment area
1st floor:
-mini-living room
-disco zone
-future space
This home has been designed especially for a single sim, or a couple. It is fully equipped for 'partying down' benefiting from its own dance floor, a large patio and a huge pool! There is also an unused space above the main bedroom that could be used as bedrooms, a hobby room, a second living room or whatever else the mind can think up.
This lot has the most adventurous architectual design as the home was designed externally with the inside being forced to fit with what had been built. it has a very odd back to it mainly due to the block arch over the pool and it has potential to be made into a famil home rather than just a one bed home.
Lot 3: Sand Dune Place 69
Lot size: 5x4
Lot Price: 122,062
Furnishings: Full
Custom Content: None
*built on a downtown lot*
Rooms:
Ground floor:
-main bathroom
-future space
-open plan living room, kitchen, dinning room
-bedroom2
1st floor:
-study space (lower)
-study space (upper)
-main bedroom
-en-suite bathroom
This third home was designed to be perfect for a family of three. It has a unique design internally, and has a great spacious feel. This home is probably best suited to a young family, as the main bedroom is located away from the rest of the home, offering a secretive spot. There is potential in this home as there is still plenty of unused lot space so why not settle down here and enjoy its stretching views.
This home was basicly the opposite of the previous home, its external look was dependant greatly on the internal design. for instance the upper floor was designed on paper before built, this is a home i see as perfect for a family who aren't quite ready to settle in one home but can still have the option to do so as there is enough space to add on new rooms and areas.
i would also like to point out that there is a ground, first and second floor, the first is simply that little bit between stairs it is furnished but not shown in the picture.
Obviously you can download them for other use.
Important when downloading:
My lots appear as either red or black squares in the lot section – this is only due to my computer being a bit old and so its graphics card does this. They should also appear as just a shadow when you place them – another effect unfortunately - don’t worry this hasn’t ever damaged anyone’s game ever!!!
On each picture is the number of each lot – match them to the download to get the right one.

- You may want to use the Sims2Pack Clean Installer instead of the game's installer, which will let you install sims and pets which may otherwise give errors about needing expansion packs. It also lets you choose what included content to install. Do NOT use Clean Installer to get around this error with lots and houses as that can cause your game to crash when attempting to use that lot. Get S2PCI here: Clean Installer Official Site.

About Me
I used to build houses on the Sims2 but then life happened and I never got around to buying the Sims3... Now that 4 is on it's way (and life has seemingly stopped happening) I've got an itch to get building again.
