HELLLLOOOOOOOWWW there ... this is a lot that is fresh from a few months back... i only just found it again in my millions of neighbourhoods and so decided to UPLOOOAAADDDDD ! just because this is 20k yay

Now to buissiness what does you sim get for their dosh???
Well...This delightful starter encompasses two bedrooms both of which have easy access to the main bathroom. The bedrooms are connected to a cut-off part of the living room, which intern leads out onto the porch for those cool summer evenings as well as to the kitchen dinner. In this spacious room there is a large kitchen area complete with the latest of appliences as well as a fully stocked fridge! The dinning part to this room is tucked away to the opposed wall, however on those special occasions the table could be pulled out and moved into the centre of the room. This room has a seperate exit that offers vies out to the rest of the neighbourhood.
The porch faces west, allowing a most beautiful setting at the end of the day. On the other side of the house is the kitchen dinner, this means, (for those slower sims) that the early morning rise shines through into this room glorifying the day and giving you that boost you need whilst enjoying a bowl of krunchy kornflakes that will ensure that promotion your sim has been eying-up.
