This is my V.2 of SCMC ( Sim City Medical Centre)!(I spell it with "tre" so I kno lol)

It looks as realistic to a real hospital!

It includes..

+ Waiting Area
+ Large Cafe (cafeteria)
+ Surgery (OR)
+ ICU Unit
+ Gift Shop
+ Park (for pets to)

This lot is 99% Clean (xcept for one item )which means you must download from links/credits below for some items to show up! It is mostly MAxis objects/floors/walls with the exception of few items again you need to download! Enjoy this lot took me over 3 1/2 hours to design and fix up for you! Any questions just PM me.
