This house was requested by Mysilverstang. Not all of his specifications could be met due to game mechanics and other factors. This house is inspired by the picture of a house by Brandl Anderson Homes; The real house plan's name is "The Monaco".

The game house is situated on a 4x3 lot and costs $54,809. It has a wooden patio with a pool and hottub with privacy white fencing around it. The interior is only furnished in the kitchen and bathroom with cheap lights all through the house. It has 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 2 car garage, and a fairly open layout.
