This is a double lot, I call it the "Phratry heritage" because it was occupied by two brothers, one is a lazy boy the other one is a clean businessman and you can see this with their respective house and garden. In my game they was alone, I never play more than 4 sims but I add some family for the pics of this OFB lot.

The clean house is larger, built and furnished for a family with 2 childs.

The more trash one is made for a single child family, I have furnish it for a baby.
Both have a driveway and an outside barbecue place, each owner lanscape his part as he wants...

As I HATE the Maxis driveways (yes,it was Maxis for the NL Ep !) it is a single packaged custom content : the invisible driveway by roddyaleixo, I use also the Ofb trashcan mod and collection by windkeeper to add a second mailbox and trashcan.
